Indian market is likely to have a positive opening, as the US market closed in green and Asian market is trading higher. On Tuesday, the Indian markets closed in green, as BSE Sensex closed at 12,624.58 up by 169.21 points and Nifty gained 57.05 points to close at 3,690.65.The outlook for the market is guarded optimism.
Tuesday, the US markets closed in green. The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJI) surge 128 points to close at 12,510.30. The S&P 500 (SPX) index grew 13.22 points to close at 1,437.77, and the NASDAQ Composite (RIXF) up by 28.07 points to close at 2,450.33.
Indian ADRs ended on a positive note. In technology sector, Infosys grew by 3.77% ,Satyam and Wipro closed up by 4.97% and 4.32% respectively. In banking sector, ICICI Bank surged by 2.57% and HDFC Bank grew by 2.40%. MTNL and VSNL edged up by 5.28% and 2.16%.
The major stock market in Asia is trading higher. The Nikkei 225 is trading at 17,508.65 up by 264.60 points, while Hang Seng advanced by 158.82 points to trade at 20,162.52. Straits Times grew by 26.44 points to trade at 3,314.80.
Today, Nifty has support at 3,610 and resistance at 3,780 and BSE Sensex has support at 12,450 and resistance at 12,850.
